Fluffy’s Sno-Balls was founded by Kevyn Lee, who has been making gourmet sno-balls since he was 12 years old at his family’s store in New Orleans, Louisiana. He moved to Venice Beach after Hurricane Katrina to seek peace and solace. After many years of noting that the area was missing a sno-ball stand, Lee finally opened his first snow-ball store in Long Beach, California, earlier this year.

I created Fluffy’s Sno-Balls in the midst of a global pandemic; which I have to say is the most audacious and courageous undertaking of my life. It was always a dream of mine to bring authentic New Orleans Sno-Balls to Los Angeles county. I have created an atmosphere at Fluffy’s Sno-Balls that is fun, nostalgic, and filled with New Orleans Jazz. As customers wait on their sno-balls to be personally delivered to them they can take in the soulful sounds of Jazz from the likes of Louis Armstrong to Wynton Marsalis.

If you’re looking for an assortment of flavors , Fluffy Sno-Balls in Long Beach has it all. They offer over 50 flavors ranging from classic flavors such as strawberry and watermelon to more exotic flavors such as Dinosaur and Tsunami. Fluffy’s Sno-Balls also has two specialty sno-balls: the Puebla, which is in honor of Cinco de Mayo, and the B-Rocka, a cookies and cream sno-ball. Both of these flavors are highly desirable. However, what truly makes Fluffy’s Sno-balls stand out is that Fluffy’s Sno-Ball is the home of the Cheesecake “stuffed” Sno-Ball. 

“Our motto at Fluffy’s Sno-Balls is ‘Never skimp on the quality of the syrups,’” says Lee. Likewise, the team is devoted to never skimping on their customers.
