Each apartment is eligible for one assigned parking space, subject to availability. Additional parking spaces are not offered. In select cases, a tandem parking space may be available in place of a single space. Street parking is also available nearby on Atherton and Ximeno.
Do the apartment homes include central air conditioning?
Central air conditioning is available in select townhome floor plans only. All other apartment homes are equipped with a wall-mounted air conditioning unit and a wall heater for year-round comfort.
Are in-home washer and dryer appliances provided?
Washer and dryer appliances are not included in the apartment homes. The community offers seven on-site laundry rooms conveniently located throughout the property.
